Yeah, good point. I forgot that eater of knowledge doesn't have mind blast. :o

All the more reason why it should have psionic blast.

Manifester level 10th. The save DCs are Charisma-based.


Of course, not all will be at will…
 

They look good. I'd probably put catapsi, intellect fortress, mind probe, psionic blast and psionic dominate at 3/day, and psionic disintegrate at 1/day.

Also, to account for psionic blast...

Mind Blast (Sp): An eater of knowledge can discharge a devastating psionic attack in the form of a cone 60 feet long. Anyone caught in this cone must succeed on a DC X Will save or be stunned for 3d4 rounds. The save DC is Charisma-based. This ability is the equivalent of a 4th-level spell.
