NAY. :)

do you know how to set up psi-augmentations? if not, i bet knight otu wouldn't mind helping with that. ;)

Psi-augmentations effectively make all of the powers fully augmented to the creature's manifester level, increasing damage output and DCs. The fully psi-augmented eater's abilities look like this:

Psi-Like Abilities (Sp): At will - astral caravan, control body (Large or smaller, DC 19*), control object, ego whip (2d4 Cha damage, DC 19*), id insinuation (four targets, DC 20*), inertial barrier, inflict pain (four targets, DC 20*), matter agitation, matter manipulation, mental barrier (5 rounds*), mind thrust (10d10 damage, DC 20*), mindlink (six targets, nonwilling DC 16), psionic dimension door (DC 19), read thoughts (DC 17), telekinetic force (375 pounds, DC 18*), telekinetic maneuver (+1 on bull rush, disarm, grapple and trip checks*), telekinetic thrust (375 pounds, DC 18); 3/day - catapsi (DC 20), intellect fortress (4 rounds*), mind probe (DC 20), psionic blast (three rounds, DC 18*), psionic dominate (affects animals, fey, giants, humanoids, magical beasts and monstrous humanoids, DC 20*); 1/day - psionic disintegrate (DC 21). Manifester level 10th. The save DCs are Charisma-based.
*Includes augmentation for the eater of knowledge's manifester level.

Demiurge out.

skills... SR... CR... weight... finish up the XPH section... don't really see anything else at the moment. :)

updating in homebrews for a look-see.

Skills should be easy. It gets 12 at max ranks, and you've got 12 suggested skills listed. ;)

SR: Mind flayers have 25 + class level; ulitharids 27. Since an illi has 8 HD and an uli has 12 HD, and eater has 10 HD, how about putting him right between 'em with SR 26?

CR: Ulitharid is CR 12 and has two more HD than eater, but isn't as deadly. So I think eater warrants CR 12. Those spellstealing and featstealing abilities are quite good.

Weight: Unfortunately, the similarly-sized ulitharid doesn't have a listed weight. :(

An ogre is 600 lbs. at 9 feet tall. I figure eater is a bit thinner (like most illithids), so how about 550 lbs?
