Logan (wolverine) : Keen senses, uses weapons to resolve noncombat encounters. (eg Climbing claws)

Agent Smith: Self replication (Me,me,me,me,me....Me too.)

Cato: Mechanical whiz, good with chemicals and firearms as well. But most importantly of all, he makes a mean espresso.

Conan: Feats of great strength. If you've seen the original movie, also has the power to set stone buildings on fire.

Master Chief (Halo): "Like the others, you were brave, strong, and smart. Everything we needed to be. But something set you apart, something that only I saw. Do you know what I saw? Luck."

John McClane: I'd add another ability, beyond intuition - his unusual ability to withstand pain and keep on moving. The Die Hard movies are not about a particularly strong or skilled person; they're about a guy who is just too damned stubborn to stop. In any game with a death spiral... john mclane would ignore the death spiral.

Mad Max: A great driver, able to get the last drop of speed out of his vehicle. Also, emotionless and cruel at all the right times.

Actually, many film heroes have that indominatible will thing going for them: Logan from Logan's Run, Sarah Connor, Ripley...
