I'm hunting for a flavorful benefit to give a swordmage PC in my game for training under a renowned master swordmage, and Corellon's Boon of Arcane Might looks like a lot of fun. I'm a little puzzled about how it's intended to work, though.
1) Is the encounter-power-as-daily supposed to be fixed at receipt of the boon, the way the at-will-as-encounter is? The way the boon is phrased, it seems almost like you go hunting through the books for the power you want every time you invoke the boon's daily.
2) Is there any good way to get power cards for the extra powers to print out from Character Builder? Even if they're for your native class, they'd be the wrong color for their use rate...
