Cost for a carriage, DIRE carriage

Hi forum!
I'm building a large portable home, kinda like a wagon but with more wheels and a fold out bed and side tents. Looking at about 6-8 beasts of burden to lug it around too.
So, heres the crux, whats it cost for a stately carriage to carry one man and his harem?

I figure 1400gp with some mules (yeah, I can afford 6 heavy horses, 1200gp on top). This is a 15ft by 45ft block of wood with small underfloor storage, a secret compartment in the back, extending side pavillion for horse coverage at night. Roof rack to carry more items, and satellite TV (heh).

I can't think anywhere that would have rules, or any historical values for what you want. Maybe 10,000 gps, but that is a rough guess.

I really don't think 10,000gp is a reasonable price for such a thing.

Personally, I'd go with between 1-2k for the basic idea. That would be something non-defensible. If you actually wanted it to be able to withstand attack, it'd be considerably more expensive.
