Lodoss kobolds are tough. EQ kobolds are nasty

Heh, as said, look at the CRs.

The Icepaw Kobolds were meant as a nice challenge for the mid 50s (roughly rpg level 25).

The Highland Kobolds are more reasonable as being meant for around 20 (roughly rpg level 10).

So roughly accurate.

Add a cold air intake, catback system, upgrade their turbos, or add them if they don't have them already, put some new headers on them, some new cam gears, and some other various performance parts along with a 100 shot of NOS, and that should add something over 200+hp!
