Cowering ????

The Feat "Righteous Blow" from the "Book of Exalted Deed" inflicts the "cowering" condition as a side effect of striking a critical blow if a Will save is failed. Sounds interesting, but where exactly is the "cowering" condition described ?

Anyone know ?

From the SRD:

Cowering: The character is frozen in fear and can take no actions. A cowering character takes a –2 penalty to Armor Class and loses her Dexterity bonus (if any).

You'll probably find it in the appendix of the DMG under 'conditions'.

Chucks, thought I had looked through that meticulously already. Thanks a bunch, now this feat becomes a definite "take it"

Cowing is the verb to instil fear or awe in something.
Cowering is the act of dropping to the knees and cringing from something.
You cow someone into cowering.

Good joke though.

Youre right, Shilsen, I'm shocked that anyone could make such a foolish mistake. BTW, Aggemam, how's Denmark this time of year? :)

Just as cold, damp, and windy as it always is. Actually that is true regardless of the particular season.

Thank you for asking though.
