Creating magic/FX items in D20 Modern

All right, this may be a dumb question. I've only just now cracked open D20 Modern and flipped through it. And I've noticed that there are no Item Creation feats, and no rules for creating items at the back.

Is this something that simply doesn't exist in D20M, or is it presented in some other supplement? Or am I just missing something blatantly obvious?

As far as I know, crafting magic items is only possible to characters with appropriate advanced/prestige classes, who gain this as class abilities.
Telepaths learn to create power crystals.
Battleminds learn to scribe tattoos.
Mages scribe scrolls, brew potions and scribe tattoos.
Urban Arcana includes a few more classes, including the artificer PrC, which grants more options.
