Only one person joined me in this last time for a -6 Charisma curse,
but I'll charge forward nonetheless. My challenge to you guys:
Consider each of the gods in the PHB (or from FR, if you like). How
would a curse that give a -6 to Wisdom manifest if administered by a
cleric of those gods?

My ideas:

Vecna:
The Cat out of the Bag: Vecna is the patron of Secrets, but certain
of his followers specialize in uncovering others' secrets, laying them
bare to others; the lich god feasts on the ensuing chaos. When this
curse is placed on an individual, often a counselor or other trusted
person, he loses much of his discretion, gaining the habit of blurting
out things tha the should not say. -6 to Wisdom.

Pelor:
The Curse of Darkness: To many, the sun is not merely the source of
life. As the greate light in the sky, it also grants knowledge and
clarity. Just as Pelor grants this wisdom, he can take it away. When
an individual has sinned greatly against goodness, one of Pelor's
clerics might remove that person's insight. When afflicted with this
curse, a person finds it much harder to make moral choices; things
that once seemed crystal clear are muddied; overall the individual's
perceptions take on a hint of darkness, confusing his senses as well.
-6 to Wisdom.

Your turn!

you hooked me...

Heironeous:
Curse of Indecision: A a patron of valor and justice, one important
trait to Heironeous' followers is making good decisions. This trait
shows itself by being able to make good decisions on tactics in battle
and also to make good judgements in the courts. A person struck with
this curse would be extremely indecicive and not be able to judge which
option is the best. When posed with a decision, they would stand there
mulling it about for at least twice as long as normal. -6 to Wisdom.

How was that?

Not bad. -6 Wis is actually fairly difficult. How about this:

Olidammara:
The Thieves' Bane: Among Olidammara's followers, the ability to
listen and spot possible threats is prized almost as much as the art
of stealth. When an individual offends Olidammara's temples by not
leaving a sufficient donation after pleading for the god's help, the
Laughing One's servants will dull the offender's senses. -6 to Wisdom

My contribution

Kord:
Curse of brashness: As the god of strength and brawling, Kord values action and deed over reflectiveness. This curse causes the victim to follow Kord's example in all ways. He will challenge anyone and anything that stands in his way or slights his honour to single combat, up to and including inanimate objects (windmills?). Similarly, he will demand that all problems must be solved via the righteous application of violence. These duels and fights need not be to the death, although due to his brashness, the victim may forget to mention this to his opponents. -6 to Wisdom.

Well not PHB gods...but here's one from the SL gods

Vangal's Curse: Vangal, lord of bloodshed and destruction, often finds that he needs to get his troops motivated. So he unleashes this curse on all. He grants them a +6 to their Strength and Con, just like a barbarian BUT they also get - 10 to their Wis and Int, fighting merely on instinct alone.
