Attack: Bite +11 melee (1d4+1 and poison) or club +5 melee (1d6+1) or head butt +11 melee (1d6+1 and stun)
Full Attack: Bite +11 melee (1d4+1 and poison) and club +5 melee (1d6+1) or head butt +11 melee (1d6+1 and stun)

Skills need work. It gets 7 skill points. Due to size, +4 Hide. Due to speed, -6 Jump, +8 Swim.

I'd give him Listen 2, Tumble 5. This would give it:

Balance +8, Listen +4, Jump +3, Swim +9, Tumble +11

Yes, you are correct. I actually was so focused on not allowing Weapon Finesse for clubs that I forgot the -5 iterative penalty for secondary attack.

Yes, ditch the sentence with the jump distances...let the Jump check determine that.

Looks good, although I think it should be able to stand up from prone whether it's at the end of a jump or not.

part of the idea is that it can make a sort of "jumping charge" with the headbutt. do you think the rules-as-written plus what we've added will allow for that? or maybe this critter is done and there's no need to tack on something like that.

It can make a Jump check as part of a move action, then make a single attack (head butt), so it is probably sufficient.
