i had posted in homebrews last night. have a look and see if any problems jump out at you.

how do the ability scores look? is this fine as a creature with the Earth subtype? (probably; i think it was either the Inner Planes book or PSMC3 that said denzelians are often found on the Plane of Earth).

I'm torn on the Earth subtype. It seems to make sense, yet delvers, which are similar, lack it.

Tremorsense 60 ft. like delver and xorn?

Comparing to delver once more (a Huge aberration) and elder xorn (Large outsider):
Delver: Str 27, Dex 13, Con 21, Int 14, Wis 14, Cha 12
Elder Xorn: Str 25, Dex 10, Con 19, Int 10, Wis 11, Cha 10
Current Denzel: Str 11, Dex 12, Con 12, Int 2, Wis 10, Cha 2

I'd suggest downsizing the delver's physical stats from Huge to Large, giving us:
Str 19, Dex 15, Con 17, Int 2, Wis 10, Cha 2

Dex 15 is probably too high, so I'd stick with 12, giving us:
Str 19, Dex 12, Con 17, Int 2, Wis 10, Cha 2

How's that?

i do agree with raising the Con and Str. a Str of 19 is debatable; they may be 10 feet in diameter, but they are flat. then again, the minimum suggested scores don't allow for going much lower than that.

updated in homebrews with some reworked flavor text. :)

17 each in Str and Con would work for me.

so, the big issue... what should the CR be at now? :) i'm going to say 3. it's tough, but it's not very combat-worthy unless it gets lucky.

3 could work. It has more HD than an ogre, but less damage-dealing output in general (seeing as it will mostly try to flee). I might give it a slight nudge towards 4 just for the deadliness of the crush.

i would argue that the crush attack takes time and the right situation to set up (i.e., solid stone ceiling above), and is likely to be used only once per combat because of it. :)
