It looks good. You could add "+1d6 on a critical hit" to slam attack, since they've started doing that for Overwhelming Critical, but I wouldn't consider it a requirement.

A denzelian is an unusual creature that lives out its centuries-long life deep below ground. Relatively non-aggressive, a denzelian is content to burrow slowly through rock and consume the rich minerals that support its slow metabolism. These creatures are about 10 feet square, but are only 3” thick. A denzelian can move through solid rock, but it avoids metals since they are indigestible. Dwarves and other miners favor the presence of a denzelian, since the maze-like burrows of one of these creatures makes the discovery and mining of precious metals extremely easy. The powerful but slow-working digestive enzymes of a denzelian smell horrible, and their material makes them indigestible to nearly every other living creature—thus denzelians have no natural predators and fear nothing they might encounter.

Denzelians rely on chance to encounter a mate. One denzelian can detect the sex of another through unknown means. Once two denzelians of opposite sex meet, they always burrow close to one another. The female will only be able to produce eggs once in its thousand-year life, producing 3-8 round eggs that resemble geodes. These eggs are deposited at random throughout the denzelian’s burrow, and are never placed near any other eggs. A single denzelian egg is worth 1,000 gold pieces to miners that can identify them as such. Identifying a denzelian egg requires an Appraise check (DC 22). Dwarves do not need to make an Appraise check, however; dwarves can always identify denzelian eggs on sight thanks to their Stonecunning.

Combat
Denzelians are passive creatures that rarely attack except in self-defense. Their usual tactic when faced with an aggressor is to flee.

Rush (Ex): A denzelian can rush opponents of Large size or smaller. Opponents that do not make an attack of opportunity can make a Reflex save (DC 14) or be tripped. Tripped opponents fall onto the denzelian and take 5d4 acid damate per round. Another Reflex save (DC 14) is required to leap off the denzelian.

Crush (Ex): A denzelian can burrow overhead and drop through the ceiling onto its opponent. This deals 4d6 points of crushing damage on the first round, and 5d4 points of acid damage each round after that. Getting out from under a denzelian requires a Strength check (DC 13).

Debris (Ex): When a denzelian dissolves rock, it leaves a crumbly, blackish, sandlike residue behind. When it makes a Crush attack, this gritty substance fills the air in a 10 foot radius. It gets in the eyes, nose, and mouth of nearby creatures, who must make a Fortitude save (DC 14) or suffer a –2 to attack rolls for 1d4+1 rounds (or when the substance is washed away).

Amorphous: Denzelians have no clear front or back and are therefore not subject to critical hits or flanking.

Skills: *A denzelian receives a +4 racial bonus to Hide checks when in rocky surroundings.

The denzelian is a peaceful rock-eater. Very thin, but of large surface area (about 10'x10'x3"), the denzelian tunnels through solid rock at the rate of 1' per week, slowly wearing it away. Generally one male and one female tunnel near one another. The creatures will avoid metal, making a detour round even small deposits - hence denzelian tunnels tend to follow a meandering course.

Because they look like stone, have a repulsive smell and are indigestible, denzelians are rarely bothered by flesh-eaters.

During its 1,000-year lifespan the denzelian female ovulates once only. If a male is nearby (and one usually is) the resulting litter contains 3-8 eggs which hatch in 100 years. The eggs look like non-descript fist-sized stones. The chance of finding a single egg - for they are not deposited together - in an area frequented by a denzelian female is 1 in 1,000. An egg is worth 1,000 gold pieces or more to certain wealthy mine-owners.

A denzelian is a large, flat being, normally about 10' in diameter and 6" thick. It appears to be composed of smooth stone, but its thick skin is somewhat flexible, allowing it to squeeze through tight places and to travel up and down inclines. A denzelian may be of practically any color, depending upon the minerals it absorbs. Though browns and grays are most common, brilliant red or yellow denzelians have been seen.

Denzelians have no features. They seem to have a rudimentary form of language, consisting of vibrations sent through the rock. No member of any other species has been able to master this form of communication, though some denzelians may be trained to respond to taps on their surface.

Combat: These rock-eaters are normally peaceful and non-aggressive. They will fight back if attacked, at least briefly, and they will go to great lengths to drive off or kill anyone who threatens their young. They can sense the vibrations caused by movement and keep track of intruders in this manner. Denzelians secrete avid from their entire surfaces, normally using the acid to burrow through rock and break it down so it can be eaten. If it is frightened, a denzelian can greatly increase the amount of acid it produces, allowing it to escape by sinking into the rock, leaving a crumbly, blackish, sandlike residue behind.

If it wishes to attack, the denzelian rushes towards its enemy at twice its normal movement rate, and attempts to trip the victim, causing him/her to fall on top of the denzelian and take 5-20 points of damage from the acid. A saving throw vs. breath weapon is allowed for half damage; if this fails, the victim's equipment and clothing may be affected as well.

A denzelian may also attack by burrowing through the rock until it is above its enemies, and then dropping on them. The creature is quite heavy, weighing almost 1,000 pounds. Any caught underneath it take 4-24 points of damage. A successful saving throw vs. paralyzation is needed to avoid the falling denzelian. Those caught under it automatically take acid damage in the next round, and in every subsequent round until the denzelian moves, is removed, or dies. Since the denzelian is somewhat flexible, victims will not be without air. Creatures in the area of such a fall may also be affected by the sandy residue which falls through the hole created by the denzelian. This gritty substance fills the air, getting into the eyes, mouths, and noses of nearby creatures. Anyone within 10' of the falling denzelian must save vs. paralyzation or be at -2 to their attack rolls for 2-5 rounds, or until the substance is washed away.

Habitat/Society: Denzelians normally inhabit areas far away from civilization, traveling through the rock to find choice mineral deposits. Many minerals are absorbed through a denzelian's skin after its acid breaks them down sufficiently. However, denzelians do not like metals. Metal ores are often uncovered and left along the meandering trails created by the denzelian.

Denzelians seem to have genders, though no sage has ever determined how to tell them apart. Mating takes place only once in a decade, whenever two denzelian of the opposite sex meet, apparently at random. About a year later, the female lays 3-12 gemlike eggs, depositing them hundreds of yards apart over the course of a month. The eggs are quite beautiful. A denzelian egg is a fist-sized, faceted gem which looks much like a smoky quartz. In the center of the gem is a milky, grayish fluid, the embryo of the new denzelian. If the egg is not moved too roughly, which will destroy the embryo, a baby denzelian will hatch in about a year. During this time, the mother stays near enough to the eggs to sense if anyone approaches.

Ecology: Denzelians do not eat animals or plants. They smell repulsive and are indigestible by animals and plants.

A denzelian egg can bring up to 1,000 gp from a collector. Still-viable eggs might bring the same amount from wealthy mine-owners. Just-hatched denzelians can be trained to seek out certain ores, but they are often very stubborn once they find a deposit to their liking.

Denzelian body parts may be worth a great deal to an alchemist, particularly if any of the acid-secreting glands are still intact. The body is composed of a very rich mix of minerals, and includes deposits of almost pure carbon, sulfur, magnesium, and more. Some of these deposits are formed into gemstones, and it is not unusual to find perfectly round diamonds inside the body of a denzelian.
 

Of the Denzel Washington inspired-creatures, I prefer the Washingtonian. :p

Crush should probably be rewritten to match the current format.

FWIW, here's the tarrasque's rush attack:

Rush (Ex): Once per minute, the normally slow-moving tarrasque can move at a speed of 150 feet.

I looked at this guy's Monstrous Compendium entry recently and I noticed that it has several similarities to the delver (Yes, I know this guy came first). I wonder if they're related. Do you think this might worked into the flavor text?

The CR definitely needs to be higher (the main reason I requested this guy for overhaul is because the CR wasn't adjusted when you added its 2e abilities).
