Creatures By Poll - Monster #2!

ok, time for monster #2. we know a bit about how this works now, so you'll no doubt benefit from the wisdom of past experience. this second monster will be an Large Outsider with 11-13, of Neutral Evil alignment.
so, you will describe your idea of what the monster should be, in one or two sentences or otherwise in 40 words or less (please!). i will choose the best 10, in my opinion, and make another poll out of them (the runners up will be the "Other" option). let me explain how you will do this.
sorry if this sounds retread, but it does need to be repeated. this sentence will be the "concept" for the monster. it's best not to be too detail oriented, as we will detail it as a group. one sentence saying "this thing does this and has this kind of power" is enough. feel free, if you will, to reuse an idea of yours from monster #1.
IMPORTANT: Do not name your monster! this will happen later, i promise.
one obvious excellent example of an NE outsider is the yugoloth/daemon, and sure we could always do another one of them. but isn't this idea about creating new ideas? as far as evil non-fiend outsiders goes, we have other examples to choose from such as hell hounds, achaierai, night hags, githyanki, rakshasas, nightmares, barghests, xill, abrians, and shadow demons.
Some good examples of monster ideas would include the following:
"Hell hounds are aggressive, fire-breathing canines of extraplanar origin. ... A hell hound resembles a large, powerfully built dog with short, rust-red or reddish brown fur; its markings , teeth, and tongue are sooty black." or
"Ultroloths are the officers in yugoloth armies, leading troops and disrupting enemy plans... An ultroloth is a robed humanoid with an elongated head that is featureless beyond two large eyes that swirl with color."
also, make sure to state how many Hit Dice (11, 12, or 13) you think would be appropriate for this evil outsider.

Here's my idea.....I'm in a rather gruesome mood tonight.

Monster #2 is a Large 4-armed humanoid covered with a corrosive, adhesive ichor and hundreds of bloated pustules. Its main attack is a slam using its massive, suckered paws to drag opponents to its remora-like maw. When a little "extra punch" is necessary, it may voluntarily burst its pustules, releasing a swarm of leech-like vermin towards its opponent(s).

These horrid little boogers are actually the humanoid's offspring through parthenogenesis. Left on their own, they will reach maturity within weeks.

The ichor also exudes an odor that is extremely irritating to the eyes and sinuses. Anyone who approaches within 20 feet of the creature finds their nostrils aflame, tears pouring down their cheeks.

Let's try...

This monster looks like an ethereal sphere made up of various elemental powers as well as positive and negative energy. It can create pseudopods that can utilize one such energy, or combine them for other, stranger effects.

I stand no chance against Undead petes monster, but here goes:

This dark, and tough skinned creature, is completely black. It can manifest it’s self, from the plane of shadow, although it is not one of the denizens. Whilst there it’s manifestation is completely invisible to natural detection. It’s hunched form has a dragging gate, and is daunting to all creatures, not only that but it’s gaze brings utter despair and anyone affected suffer a –4 morale penalty to saving throws, attack rolls, ability checks, skill checks, and weapon damage rolls, on a failed save the target lays down and says the occasional phrase such as “There is no hope,” Or “Life or death it doesn’t matter”. What is more is that while it is subject to wounds, it seems like any and all weapons cannot penetrate its hide. It can also, by being looked at, drain wisdom, and eventually cause insanity.

On closer inspection of its real form, it resembles something like an upright (yet still hunching) destrachan, but with eyes.

I wanted it to look like a deathclaw from Fallout 2, but wanted to have a "unstopable" feel to it. Maybe an ability to reap souls or something.

[Technically, perhaps this idea should be a construct, but it's an outsider, too, and probably scarier if it's intelligent. Carefully avoiding naming names, so this description may be a bit stilted.]

Originally built for the soul-forges of some forgotten hell, these engines of torture and pain are themselves living organisms. Fashioned from an arcane and unholy fusion of flesh and machine, they are serve as laboratory assistants and mobile worktable. They can be found in the operating theaters of numerous infernal realms, and are sometime granted to certain favored practioners of the dark arts on the material plane. They appear as large conglomerations of mechanical and organic parts: living arms grasping ragged-edged cutting tools; cruel restraints; vats of foul-smelling chemicals; naked eyes mounted on long, iron booms. They are sentient, intelligent, skilled in many pratical arts, and delight in their work.

This creatue is the result of truly profane magics - that of sacrificing a paladin to the gods of darkness and binding his soul to the lower planes. The resultant creature looks like a smoky image of a knight, with a glowing red sword blade. They are viscious foes, incorporeal, with expertly weilded blades of pure energy. Worse, their blows cause wounds to appear and disease to fester, in a corruption of their former powers.

HD 12, or possibly doable as a template.

wow, well we've got several ideas already, methinks i'm going to have to close this thread sometime today. i'm going to have to edit these ideas down a bit for brevity (for the sake of the poll), but as you've seen with the... riptide horror (or whatever it ends up being called), it all gets added back in at the end. for now, keep em coming!

Monster #2 is a humanoid with very elongated limbs and digits, with curved bony hook-like spurs erupting from it's back, progressing down the spine. The cracked coal-black skin is burning hot and stretched tight as a drum over thin wasted muscles; the eyes are pits of yellow fire. It leaves charred footprints in it's wake.
