Criticals can do triple damage?

Looking at the Cleric of Bahamut from the Desert of Desolation DDM 2.0 cards has this special power listed - "Heavy pick: triple damage on critical hits".

I'm not sure if I've seen this confirmed anywhere for the D&D 4E RPG rules before. Of course, since these are DDM 2.0 cards, it may not be in the 4E RPG rules.

Oh yes, of course, I'd forgotten that 4E criticals were max damage, and DDM criticals were double damage. Not much point in me drawing any conclusions from the Cleric of Bahamut then

Thanks for the reminder.

From the preview we got of the 4e pick and comments made by WOTC designers (can't remember well enough to provide links), I think it's:

DDM heavy pick crit = 2x set damage (normal) + extra 1x set damage (special property)
4e heavy pick crit = max damage (normal) + extra, non-maxed die/dice damage (special property)

It looks like a lot of those DoD minis were converted to make them work with 4E minis, not necessarily to be stated as IF 4E minis. IE, don't infer too much for how 4e minis will be based on those figs.
