Critting with a Vorpal Weapon?

I prefer the vorpal falchion (w/ Gauntlets of Destruction, of course). Crit gets you +6d4+3d12, reroll 1's and explode 4's and 12's.

As written, all dice that have actually been rolled count. So, each time a rolled dice comes up max, add it in and roll again. so theroretically infinite. Ouch.

crits maximise main weapon dice: you do not roll them, so they do not count for rerolling.

+1 to hamishspence. If a die is rolled, then you get to roll it again. If it's just max dmg, the it's not a roll.
