Current Favorite Class?

What's wrong with rogue? I see no oxymoron. A rogue is a great description of a guy who does bad things but is still likeable, someone who marches to the beat of his own drummer. A thief is just a criminal; it would rule out good alignments.

rogue....thats such a goofy name for a class, if you really think about what the name means..."rogue class" is pretty much an oxymoron....i guess thief isnt cool enough for third edition..

robin hood was a good aligned theif.

rogue: 1. a radical element that acts without borders or constraints. 2. the state of being a rogue.

class: 1. a unit of classification. (there are about six definitions i dont feel like typing, but i assure you that they all do not mesh with the term "rogue". im looking in the 1995 edition of the oxford english dictionary.

i think people just want to say rogue because it sounds cool. of course in a medeival setting you wouldnt call a person either of these.

Favored classes

Runethane (AE/AU)
Druid (D&D)

Why? Because that's what I've been playing most recently for any significant amount of time.

PHB~
Barbarian/Fighter, Cleric, Druid, Rogue

Non-PHB, WotC~
Incarnate, Psion, Totemist, Warlock, War Mage.

Non-WotC~
Eh, most of Iron Heroes. :D

So I can't choose just one :P

Mage from Elements of Magic, because they can cast spells in a way that complements my play style.

Anima from Elements of Magic 2: Lyceian Arcana, because the sheer options available in their class powers makes them perfect for the "Elemental-touched" or the "God-touched" or the "Superhero" or what have you.

I love the Negotiator from d20 Modern.
