Curse of House Thimbrall (orsal judging)

ooc: Yeah, that's what I noticed too. So, um, a week since we've had our initiatives in. Should someone email Animus?

Problems in life

Hey all,

I'm sorry for the lack of communication, but I've been dealing with al lot in real life. The short story is I'm working two jobs and am dealing with family issues in the wake of hurricane Katrina (I'm originally from New Orleans). And now I'm sick (because of working too much I think). I don't know if going on is an option for me.

I do have my notes for the game. I was thinking to pass my notes on to someone else to finish this adventure. It's either that, or stick with me posting at a very slow pace. But there is an end to this, and I'd like for you guys to get to it even if I'm not the DM. What do you think?

Man, sorry to hear it. You should definately do whatever you need for yourself first- whatever it is, I'll be fine with it.
My best wishes go out to you and your family- I hope everyone is ok.

ooc: Being in Houston, I certainly see at least some of the effects of Katrina, so I know what you're talking about, Animus. Be where you're needed the most--with your family. I hope that your family from New Orleans is okay and that you might be able to help them in any way you can.

I'd also like to see the end of this adventure, though. If you want to keep GMing it or if you think a GM with more time would be better, it's your perogative. If you're not sure if you can post very often, maybe passing it on would be better. If/When you want to GM here again, you're certainly welcome and will have players.

Very understandable, please take care of yourself and your family. Either option works fine for me, but we definitely understand if you need to leave us in the hands of another DM. We all look forward to a more stable time when you are able to return.
