The adventure is more "linked from" the Dragon+ than "included in". It's just a normal PDF and you don't need the Dragon+ viewer to access it. It took me a few minutes of browsing through Dragon+ to find it (including having to *read* things! ) but Quickleaf has the direct link above.
It seems to be missing some information it directly refers to. In addition to not including any of the monster statistics (there appears to be at least one custom monster), it refers to various ways to get the PCs into Barovia (but only mentions 1), and refers to an additional player background (but doesn't include it). It's not as printer-friendly as it could be either. (Edit: in fact, the latest Adobe Reader refused to print it at all on my system, but Foxit Reader was able to.)
Though it has a detailed keyed map with nearly 40 unique rooms, there's nothing that requires a tactical battlemap. It might even detract, since most of the features of rooms come from their detailed descriptions, and not X-by-Y-feet-here-are-the-doors lines I could draw.
