Power of Holiness.
Prereqs: Vow of Peace, all of its prereqs.
You gain an additional feat every odd level. This is retroactive. If you take this feat at 11th level, you gain 6 feats instantly, and an additional one every odd level thereafter. These feats can be from any feat list, and the character does not need to meet the usual prerequisites.

Auro of Holiness
Prereqs: Must be smiled upon by a God, who is of the same alignment.
This feat allows the character to acheive Divine Rank 0. This bonuses are spread out over the next five levels.

Are these about right?

Yeah, those are right about on par with the existing exalted feats.

Power of Holiness - obviously the later you take the feat, the better, so why doesn't it stand out as epic? Also this is serious tinkering with game balance. If you wanted to have feats every 2 levels instead of 3 (or more often), I'm sure you could talk it over with your DM.

Aura of Holiness - too vague in both prerequisites and effects.

In short, not good at all...

You misread Power of Holiness. It grants additional bonus feats, it doesn't supplant current ones.

As for the Aura -- Divine Rank 0 is well spelled out.

But spread over the next 5 levels? What's the spread?

This level and the next three levels each grants one power of the Divine Rank 0: this level is the first power listed, next level the next power, and so forth. On the fifth level (current level + 4) you gain the remainder of the abilities. The order is that in the Divine Powers section of the SRD as of the moment I post.

I'm confused as to what order of powers you're getting from this feat? I tried to look at the SRD but it didn't spell it out for me so iw as wondering if you could....but getting a divine rank via a feat seems overly powerful to me.
