You can also run the 1e modules in there without a problem. Most of the best quality 2e modules were actually in Dungeon magazine at the time. It might be worth tracking down those old issues.
The City of Skulls is a high-level prisoner rescue that is really good and has some interesting mechanisms to it. Despite being labeled as Greyhawk, it could fit in your campaign as long as there is a difficult to access evil city in the middle of a desperate, evil land.
I forgot to mention these before, but also check out Road to Danger and Dungeons of Despair. Both are compilations of a half-dozen adventures from Dungeon magazine (in some cases, updated from AD&D 1E to 2E) for about $5 each, giving you quite a bit of bang for your buck.
