It's a Hardcover? Cool. Does anyone know how many pages? They finally detailed Brigadine armor too :) I wonder if they'll have more silly weapons though ...

Implausible weapons, I mean. The double heavy flail (though I recall someone mentioning that if it were drawn in a slightly different way it actually would have worked), gnome picked hammer, etc. Just more weapons in an area where all the standard ones are already statted; so you're only left to create not quite normal stuff.

Wow. This PDF preview has now freed up some cash for me as I was planning on buying it but there's not a chance in hell that I will even look in it's direction now.

Scarab beetle bucklers? Stone armour? Bondleaves? Ugh... I'll stick with my 2nd edition Arms & Equipment guide thankye very muchly.

You should just wait for Psions review :)

Some of this stuff does seem silly, like the scarab beetle shield, but a lot of it I appreciate, like stats for wooden and bone armour, ring mail, etc.
