D&D as Corporate Team Building Exercise

I have an opportunity to help set up and run a short D&D game (maybe 4 hours?) for a corporate team building exercise. I'm figuring mostly newbies.

1. What are some good ideas for a dungeon to run for them?

2. What are some things you'd consider adding to make the experience better, such as dice, minis, folders for the characters, etc.? I may be able to acquire several corporate sponsors for the event, too; so consider money may not be a major limiting factor.

A while back, I pondered setting myself up as a professional DM catering to school groups and corporate team building and the like. Never went anywhere with it, but I'd be interested to see how you get on with this.

I would also recommend one of the Adventurer's League modules.

It’s a set of five linked one hour mods with mystery and role playing and combat. They are a masterpiece in my book. They are also flexible and can lead into the first 5e adventure path
