I suspect there is a legal reason the offer is US only (in theory) - maybe some sort of copyright issue on an upcoming item. “12 days” doesn’t even show up if you access DDB from the UK, so some effort has gone into making it that way. It’s not happened by accident.

Possibly something to do with European anti-loot box regulations? There are rules with regard to “offers and promotions” that are different between countries too. It might have been easier to make it for one country they were sure what the rules where, rather than risk inadvertently breaking some.

Maybe. But if I bypass the territory specific front page and collect something I still get an “offer only eligible in the US” message. Maybe the info used to email you doesn’t know where you live?

I see that message as well but I was still able to “purchase” the Gift-Wrapped dice using my NZ address.

Don't y'all have something better to do than whine about WotC's holiday marketing?!?! Like, what are you expecting? A free major book each day?

So far, I've got all of the game content they've offered, but not all the dice sets. And digital dice sets rarely excite me anymore. But am I bothered? Nope. I'll patiently wait until Day 12 to see if they offer anything interesting to me and then . . . they will or they won't, NBD either way.

Yeah, I find this pretty strange also. Coming to ENWorld to complain about free stuff at DDB, while I'm not seeing any holiday specials in the EN Publishing store.

I'm not complaining, I just haven't needed anything they offered since I have it all already. So to me, it's been them going into my room and giving me things I already had as gifts. I'm no poorer for the action, but no richer.

Sure sounds like complaining. It's marketing, not your parents giving you gifts you already have. And even if it were, still a bit uncharitable to get all worked up over it.
