In the video it means a chapter Tito referred to as Volo's Enchiridion (which means small guide pr manual in latin). Very strange word used to describe what is I believe Volo's Guide to Waterdeep functionally.

Still I think it's the Setting/Campaign Guide for Waterdeep, I suspect it will be a large part of the book.

The Beadles and Grimm Platinum Box divides Dragon Heist into 8 books, which would be about 32 pages in average (very old school). The last whole booklet is titled Volo's Guide to Waterdeep.

I suspect it's the same thing. Honestly it's the part I'm most interested in.
