Well, I don't think there's ever been 'official' stats for those items, though likely a few homebrew rules over the years. The items in the cartoon are only loosely based on D&D magic items - they're more 'plot devices' than 'equipment'.
One could probably simulate them easily enough, but I doubt you'd be able to accurately reflect all of their abilities without making them overpowered for a normal game. But, as a basis, off the top of my head:
The Bow: brilliant energy longbow
The Shield: adamantium large shield, ability to cast resilient sphere centered on shield holder x times/day
The Cloak: cloak of invisibility, just like the ring
The Hammer: thundering warhammer, can cast earthquake x times/day
The Pole: pole gives +x enhancement bonus to Jump and Tumble checks (I don't remember the character who used this ever hitting anyone with it, otherwise I'd call it a quartersatff instead of a pole)
The Hat: self-replenishing hat of useful items (like the robes) plus bag of tricks
