Confucious say, eastern pseudo-mystics who punch dragons to death have no place in western fantasy.
At least rogues can be differentiated by skill choices. You can have your "face" rogue, your "cat burglar" rogue or your "combat" rogue. Every straight monk is basically the same.Sadrik said:I voted monk because that should remain in an OA supplement.
But I also think that several of the classes would be better suited as PrC's (Paladin, Druid, Ranger). I dont think the classes should be dropped though just changed to PrCs.
Bards (which I also dont like personally) should have a place, drop the class and make their abilities a feat chain. Esentially anyone could do it then, rogue with bard abilities? yes.
Barbarian as it is needs to go or at least be renamed berserker! because like someone else said a class tied to a cultural schtic is dumb.
Oh, and since rogues have the best record so far. Here is my beef with them: they are all the same give them ability choices or feats or something every rogue is exactly the same switch em up. I suppose that is not reason to drop them but just change them

Wait a minute, every class can differentiate their skill choices. You can have a dex monk a strength monk or a wisdom monk. All of which can be effective in different ways each emphesizing their different strengths. A rogue on the other hand (skill differentiation aside)nearly always hava a high dex and not until 10th level do they look any different from any other rogue.JimAde said:At least rogues can be differentiated by skill choices.
