Ryan goes into great detail about how easy it is to use social media to manipulate others, especially since journalists are stressed and just want quick and easy stories to post about.

As some one who did this kind of work in the army and still says current with the “industry” its awesome to see some one promote trust me in a non professional crisis comms or PR space. Its such a good look into how influence ops works IRL.
