This has been posted many times and is hilarious clip from US TV show called Reno 911. It is a farce of the show COPS (if you've ever seen that) set in Reno, Nevada. I enjoyed watching it again!

Oh, I love that show.

I love the other scene where the guy tells the female cop that he has immunity to prismatic spray, and she asks him about his immunity to pepper sprays, and then sprays him with that. Hilarious.
