D&D Mini Dragon Eye out yet??????

Just wondering is the Dragon Eye expansion for the D&D mini line are out yet. I seem to recall someone mentioning December 19th as the release date.

Just wondering is the Dragon Eye expansion for the D&D mini line are out yet. I seem to recall someone mentioning December 19th as the release date.

19th is the date that my FLGS owner told me last week. Of course, that caused him to launch into the extended schpiel about how "TSR" is evil and always pushes back release dates just to screw over the little guy and blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.....

But yeah, I'm pretty sure they'll be there tomorrow. I hope so at least.

Dragoneye is out in San Diego (at least). My wife got me a few packages
for Christmas, and one package for now.

I got:

Abysmal Maw (aka Popcorn Elemental)

Barbarian Mercenary

Druid of Obad-Hai (Summoner! Summons up to 10 pts of
animals/magical beasts and only uncommon!)

Dwarven Werebear

Goblin Warrior

Lion Falcon Monk (The rare? Kind of an odd rare.)

Medium Water Elemental (Only uncommon! Yay!)

Troglodyte (Looks awesome. Just like the MM pic)

You can tell which are rare, uncommon, and common based on the card.

Look on the Mini side of the card. Asterisk/Star = Rare, Diamond = Uncommon, Dot/Circle = Common

Yeah, I know. The monk was just a weird choice as a rare mini.

The abysmal maws actually aren't bad minis for the game. They're kind of weak, but when they do hit, they hit for 15 damage. Plus, they only cost 5
points. You could devour your enemies with these things pretty quick with
an Urthok or something that increases the melee attacks of your warband.

Picked a pair of packs yesterday.

Got both a Red and a Black Dragon, sweet.

I don't know if the quality is any better, there are still some that look just horrible, like the Grimlock, uhhh.

I just got off the phone with my FLGS, they have Dragoneye in stock but won't sell them until tomorrow. AHHHHH! I need instant gratification!
