Two boxes so far, and yes the heavier of the two had a large red in it. :D
Grabbed three of the heaviest boxes I could find today. Pulled two reds! w00t! The other had an Ogre Ravager, pretty sweet.

Does anyone have a warband generator computer program? I can enter in what I have, then choose a point value and faction, and it gives me some different ideas? anyone have a link to anything like that?

How about this:
http://www.thehorta.com/warmonger/index.html

I've never used it, but it looks pretty good to me.
Also, MerricB's page is a great resource for miniatures stuff.
(I got the Warmonger link from there). You can get to Merric's page

I need to find a gaming store around here... Waldenbooks apparently stopped carrying the minis. I don't think they sold well. :(

Or maybe they sold out?

To back what you are saying, the Waldenbooks in my area don't do a great job of displaying them. The minis are kept behind the counter and you have to ask for them. Sure, it cuts down on stealing but it's very impersonal and many folks (myself included) don't like that type of selling policy. I like to touch before I buy. Also, if I didn't know about them I would have no idea the store even carried them because they are out of the public eye.

The Walden books in my area has them out on the shelves with the RPG books. They never have alot on hand but they always have like 5 or 6 boxes.

My local Borders is the same way, they have all the CCG, clix and DnD minis behind the register, you have to ask for them, can't do weight test.
