Heh. It's got the wrong number of skill points - it should have 24, it's got 13. That's what comes of an 8 intelligence and being human... The right number of feats, though.
The skill issue is fairly minor. I'll pass that on to the designers, though.
That's not a bad statblock to have on a card, though - very useful.
