I have heard of exactly 9 of these, of which 7 have author credits on books I own. And I have never actually played a game with any of them, so I can't Really say how good a DM any of them are. Which means it's going to boil down to some random criteria (mostly around diversity - I know, that's an uphill battle). But hey, I didn't know what the actual rule for Spell Mishaps was - didn't stop me for voting for or against it.
