This might work

Not to my knowledge, but in my last game I created some based on the crafting rules and the info provided in the original “Lord of the Rings”. Lembas bread had the following qualities: natural preservation, the bread is immune to spoiling or damage by pestilence; the calm ability, as the spell, (see chapter 11 P.112; and invigorate, or the ability to reduce sleep and count as a full days of equivalent rations. The great thing about it is you don’t have to drink water for the effect, ha, take that Pemmican
Is there a D&D Lembas bread equiv. floating around somewhere, or does anyone have any ideas on a item "template" for it?

The world of Midnight by Fantasy Flight Games (loosely based on LoTR with the premise of "What if the Sauron had won?") has something called Erethor Tea. Erethor is the homeland of the Elves in this world. The tea helps most people survive without the need for food for several weeks but there are a few who have allergic reactions to it.
