[D&D] What books are you using in your current game?

First Post
I'm actually not running a game right now but if I were I'd probably limit it to something like:

3 Core Rulebooks
Expanded Psionics Handbook
Ptolus

If someone were to play a spellcaster then I'd allow the Spell Compendium. I'd also allow the Magic Item Compendium if it were available but it won't come out 'till next month.

The other campaing I'd like to play would require a different set of books:

3 Core Rulebooks
Midnight 3.5
Fury of Shadow

How 'bout you? Are you using that copy of PHB II you bought? What about that copy of Races of Stone you purchased way back in '04?

To actually run my current game, so far I've only used the core books and Ptolus.

But if we include what the players have use to create characters:

Expanded Psionics Handbook
Complete Psion
Complete Mage
Spell Compendium
Complete Divine
Complete Warrior
Book of Eldritch Might
PHB II

And probably more. Pretty much all of the "complete" books are consulted during character creation, even if nothing ends up being used.

Core (Includes PHB2, DMG2, and MM2-4)
Eberron Books (some things have been removed, but 90% is there)
Complete Series
Spell Compendium
Expanded Psionics

For one campaign basically everything Eberron and some completes.

For the more interesting campaign I'm using Silk Road, 7 Civilizations, 7 strongholds, and eventually Hamunaptra.

My game has been on hold for several months due to family/personal reasons. However, the books used were:
Core (DMG, PHB, MM)
Unearthed Arcana: for class variants, variant abilities, variant magic rules, action points, weapon groups,
Spell Compendium: for select spells and domains
Book of Vile Darkness
Book of Eldritch Might: for the construct creatures template
Psychic's Handbook
Shaman's Handbook
Witch's Handbook
d20 Modern: for the Brawl, Combat MA, Defensive MA chains

Core
Spell Compendium
Weapons of Legacy
Complete Book of Eldritch Might
Races of the Dragon (Dragonheart Mage PrC and some Draconic feats)
Dungeon magazine
Freeport: City of Adventure
Manual of the Planes
Tales in Freeport
DMG 2

Someone may be using something from the PHB 2 but I can't remember.

PHB, PHB 2, DMG, MM1, Tome of Horrors, and whatever modules I'm using. I like to keep it simple, plus my players are too cheap to buy splatbooks. ;)

Gonna be working some Dungeonscape in there too pretty soon.

EDIT: Doh, forgot the setting: Wilderlands Box Set
