D&D + WoW RPG

Has anyone here taken a look at the World of Warcraft RPG produced by White-Wolf. The game is basically D&D, but with flavor from the game added.

Except the power level seems amped up.

For example: The Rogue gains many of the normal 10+ special abilities much sooner. Feats are much more powerful, and the "hero points" are extremely powerful.

The Monsters are also scary. Especially the Elite template which quadruples normal hit points (leaving hit-dice unchanged).

Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone has incorporated any rules/templates/feats from the WOWRPG into normal D&D, or even played it at all.

I've been toying with the idea of throwing the elite template on a BBEG wizard, and seeing how it goes from there.

I'm looking it as a source of classes and feats for my upcoming E6 Eberron game.

So it's a bit amped up? Hmmm. I've better consider the game more carefully.

It's a little amped, but scaled to fit the tougher creatures presented in the monster book. One feat I really liked what the Reckless Attack. Similar to power attack, except you subtract from your AC to add to damage.

I played a jungle troll barbarian in a game that went from 1e Warcraft RPG to the 2e WoW. I like the jungle troll racial levels a lot, it was great to play a fast healing warrior who was not dependent on others for healing after diving into a tough fight. The 1e Manual of Monsters version seemed high powered at LA+1 compared to my experience with an aasimar in another game.
