[D&Dg/F&P] Deity Write-up Format

Do either of these books present a standard for a deity write-up? Not in terms of a stat block, but the other one they use for deities that aren't fully statted. I remember an article on the Wizards site that had examples of this, but I can't find it. Anyone know where it went?

that and the ability to use said rule in an OGC or OGL format. If not those rules WOTC posted are next to useless for those of us that plan on building gods for published works..
