"More than possible. I've heard of walking rocks, walking flames, walking water and even walking air. The world is alive with the strange and unexplained, my friend."

Where are you now? What are they doing? Are they saying anything?

--- THE STONEPIKE MOUNTAINS ---

After about a minute, Zaeryl has finished removing his armour, manifest its replacement, and is ready to move again.

Eternity manifests a force screen while Zearyl gets ready.

Michael dismounts.

The psicrystal, meanwhile, remains pinned to the ground under the cloak. Something, or more likely someone, is holding it down. Ironwolf, however, can 'hear' the soldiers discussing what to do with their find. The voices are muffled by whatever covers the crystal; its something like a cloak or blanket. But they seem to be discussing what it is they have found, and to do next. They don't seem to know what it is they have found. As for what to do next, they can't seem to agree; take a look now, or bundle it up and take it back to the camp and show the commander.

[sblock=ooc]OK. Are you moving forwards on foot or mounted? Sending a scout or all together? Along the path or staying in the forest?

Paltin: What is the psicrystal doing? Staying still, trying to escape? Something else?[/sblock]

"Can we go get em now?" Hulgyr asks impatiently from atop of his horse. "We gotto go... !"

ooc: we've been waiting a minute for Zaeryl? Missed that part...

"They don't seem to know what the crystal is, that's a good sign. You were right Michael."

The psicrystal will remain completely still while awaiting rescue.

Eternity is ready to go now, but seeing Zaeryl struggling with his armor she gives him a hand. "Why do you bother with this primitive material armor if your mind can create what you need?"

"That is a good question. The answer is that this primitive vessel is weak and useless. Believe it or not, it was only after draining the substantial power of the shadow creature we killed that the vessel became capable of producing the armour. Not to mention the fact that the armour only stays up for twenty percent of waking hours."
