Michael scoops up the reins of any unattended horses and heads for the rest of the party at a canter.
"Move it, Almayce, company's a bowshot away."

(OOC: Ah, yes then--assuming dismounting is free)
OoC: I'll check my map when I can get to it later today. But mounted as she is, I can't imagine Eternity not being able to keep up with Zaeryl. It's just a question of how much of which kind of movement (mounted, foot) she'll need, and how much of the round would be left over for her to act.

(OOC: Yep--I'd guess if she just did a 120 foot double move now towards the way Zaeryl is going, she could easily dismount and heal the soldier as Zaeryl passes that way :))

OoC: Eternity can easily ride the distance to Zaeryl with a single move action. A fast dismount is a DC20 Ride check, which Erekose13 can now roll. Failure to make the ride check results in a normal dismount, which takes another move action and ends Eternity's actions for the round.

(OOC: Zaeryl doesn't have time to spare for such trivialities when all of their lives are on the line if they aren't fast enough to prevent of a response from reaching them, so he just keeps going towards the horses :p)

The Stonepike Mountains

Round 11 - Almayce up[sblock=Michael, Hulgyr, Almayce: ]- Michael got on his horsey and listened to hear what he could hear[sblock=Michael: ]- Michael heard bad things happening[/sblock]- Hulgyr rode off to find his friend[sblock=Hulgyr: ]- Hulgyr found Eternity and Zaeryl (and a soldier)[/sblock]Almayce 1[/sblock][sblock=Ironwolf: ]- Ironwolf went through a soldier's pockets[/sblock][sblock=Zaeryl, Eternity: ]- Eternity and Zaeryl met with their friend, Hulgyr
- Zaeryl kept dragging the sleepy soldier off to bed

Eternity wheeled and rode after Zaeryl, easily catching him. She had a notion to jump down and assess the condition of the Fallonite he was dragging before he could get much further, but found simply leaping out of the saddle to be more difficult than she thought. By the time she got to the ground, Zaeryl and his burden were nearly out of reach.[/sblock]Almayce 1
