can anyone give me a title of a book that has the D10 system cuz I'm trying to make a Scott Pilgrim rgp and i think d10 will work best but i don't know much about it

When you say d10 system, do you mean White Wolf's Storyteller/Storytelling systems? Roll a pool of d10s and count successes?

Another d10 system is the Corporation System. However, to get the giant action movie/anime style fights you may want to look at Feng Shui- the system uses 2d6, one positive and one negative, to modify the character's abilities. You can cut out the guns, and stick to the kung fu, if you want the vegan powers to be magic- leave in the magic archetypes.

Another D10-based system is Weapons of the Gods. Might fit for Scott Pilgrim. The game is focused on different martial art styles and with some creativity you could probably create some cool SPVTW-style arts.

Another system that uses the d10 is the unisystem by Eden Studios, used in the All Flesh Must Be Eaten RPG.
