Heather nods, still in the grip of her emotions but slowly coming to terms with what happened. "...thank you. I'll go calm the children"
Lucien and Ridik
The Mountain Goblin looks outside and sees no trace of the intruder. Being short as he is, he does notice that the lock to this entrance/exit has been picked.
Looking for tracks outside is far easier for the Half-Elf than it was inside. It takes a few minutes but his night seeing eyes two trails: one going in and one going out. The tracks seem to be made by the same one person (probably Richard's assailant).
Tracking him through the streets will be very difficult and dangerous at this time. If he had spells at his disposal as Richard said...
Gardner
On his way down, Gardner hears multiple conversations going on in the house, both downstairs and upstairs. The Wood Elf ao-Thuir sounds like he's talking to Heather inside the living quarters. On the ground floor, he sees Richard and Ignatious' brother by the fireplace. The latter is sound asleep.
There is a chill breeze coming from the open kitchen door and movement outside.
"Rinya and I were in the secret room. We didn't see or hear anything funny in there.", Gardner says.Dungannon said:Lucien utters a silent curse and re-enters the house. "The tracks indicate there was only one intruder, and he's fled. Did anyone find anything disturbed upstairs?"
