I am a first time poster, so here goes..
I'm writing a campaign that involves narcotics. PCs should impress or fight against drunken NPCs who is currently residing in the middle of a drug bindge.
Or the players on their behalve can start drinkinking like mad or try any other class-A medicine available on the streets.
My question is: has anybody tried to setup a standaard set of modifiers that apply for a certain narcotic in a certain condition?
I can imagine that a drunk person gets negative dex modifiers allong with a temporary decrease of wisdom and intelligence. Yet how much sounds reasonble?
And what modifiers and effects applay when a PC or NPC starts taking schrooms?
Thanks in advance

EDIT: also, what modifiers applay to attack and defense bonuses when people start brawling in disco's with repetitive music, flashing light and people cooked up on metamphetimins. Does concealment count? How do the dancers on the dancefloor affect hand to hand combat? Any ideas?
