d20 Cyberspace - anyone care to speculate?

Is that the official word on things, Ymdar? If so, I'm a little disappointed. This has to be the first time I've seen a full-fledged supplement based off a free web enhancement, instead of vice-versa.

Of course not. These were only my thoughts.
But if I you look at DnD....
Every product is based on feats, PrCs and items. :(
I don't really admire WoTC these days. :(

FFG has a d20 Tron game ... it's called Virtual and is part of the Horizon line :)

I've just noticed d20 Cyberspace in the list of late 2005 releases from WotC. Sure seems like Wizards is a little keener on supporting the d20 Modern / Future system this year. Anyone care to speculate what we might see from this book?
Meh. While I'm glad there are more products for the d20 Modern line, the only product I'm interested this year is d20 Past.

As for speculation, they might adapt Moridin's VRNet campaign (currently the first d20 Future web-enhanced material available for download).

Their not doing much more than they have previously. They're just splitting what they do do into smaller peices.

Only the Starcraft box set is more deplorable.
Sadly, that's the only Alternity Product I own.

Grrr. Two future related books this year - Armagedon and Cyberspace.
To be fair, I don't think d20 Apocalypse is going to be just future/tech/mutation. I imagine that It'll be as much Revelations or Ragnarok as it is Gamma World.

:\ If you want the full rules for the cheapest price, look for the 5th ed. of Gamma World. As much as the setting part is blah, the rules are 90% complete (and the 10% isn't really important). And if you want to talk to people to see how the rules work: http://www.alternityrpg.net

I've read the rules, I just don't own them. After I bought the Starcraft boxed set and discovered how poorly it was done, I borrowed the books from one of my cousin's friends, thinking I might convert it into something usable. Never really followed through.

I loved their implementation of skills, and took a liking to the Star*Drive setting (which I also borrowed). Never really got a chance to play it, though.
