No, it's not (although "Buccaneer" is one of the cultural types provided).

Adamant will probably cover it in Franklyn's Almanack at some point, probably with notes on how to combine it with our work on Skull & Bones, Buccaneers & Bokor and Corsair.

and other than undead and demons - what are the monsters like?

Monsters from Native American myth and Colonial folklore with extensive notes on using (or adapting) existing creatures.
