No, 'fraid not. If we released it as POD, we'd have to charge for it, and I don't think anybody would buy something when they could have the PDF for free.

Of the core books? None that I've heard of. If that's something that you're interested in, you should lobby the publisher (Atlas Games).

It will be interesting to see this take on the Salem Witch Trials. Probably will be more than just a bunch of ergot fungus.

Are there any plans for a South America expansion? I'd like to see something on the conquistadores and their famous conflicts, like those with the Incas.

I'm sure there will be an expansion for the Unknown West -- it may be modular, allowing GMs to mix and match geographic features to create their own custom map of the western half of Northern Crown. Is California an island or attached to the mainland? Is there a River of the West or a maritime Northwest Passage? Are there the Straits of Anian, leading to an inland sea? And so on.

As for the British Isles, yes, that would be great -- in the original homebrew campaign, the PCs traveled there a few times, so I already have some of the design work for a hypothetical expansion book done.
