And what's your take on Adventure! d20 and Aberrant d20, both designed and published by Sword & Sorcery Studio, Arthaus, and White Wolf?
I haven't looked at them, honestly, other than reading reviews. I was interested in A!, but I already own the orignal Storyteller edition, and thus have the good parts (i.e, the setting material, which is WW's forte) already. The review of Aberrrant on RPG.net has steered me clear of that game; it made the rules seem pretty obtuse (another WW forte, IMO), at least.

The setting material and themes are what define the Trinityverse (and all other WW games), anyway, so I'd rather just combine those with a system I have faith in, e.g., M&M, Unisystem, or HERO.

I would actually guess there are far, far, far more fans of Star Frontiers than Alternity.

Star Frontiers might be old, but it was immensely popular in its day. Alternity sold fairly poorly.

Granted, Alternity probably has more hard-core fans, still playing it, but Star Frontiers is probably looked upon more fondly.

yeah, I never played Alterntiy but played a lot of SF back in the day.

I wonder if Sathar will be in the book?

Another book to add to my list...LoL

And Yazirians.

The feature says that there are eight nonhuman species; I'm tempted to guess that the other five include Fraal, Mechalus, Seshayan, T'sa and Weren. ("But what about the cat-thing on the cover, Arani?" "Could be a Moreau, and anyway, it's just a guess.")
Fraal, Sesheyan and Weren (Sasquatch entry) are in d20 Menace Manual. So are three of the "monsters" from Star*Drive: N'sss, Kra'ath, and Garidyi.

Too bad no Klicks.
