d20 Modern Character Sheets

Just curious as to what the best d20 Modern Character Sheet is (IYOs), and why.

I'll be running it for the first time sometime soon, and I haven't much of a clue what to look for, other than seemingly logical placement of fields, nice layout, and other vague criteria.
