Oh? I think weapon statistics might be a problem too.
i don't think so. in a vp/wp system, a character only has [Con score] more hit points than in a straight hp system. that's not really enough to require all weapons to do more damage. especially when one decent critical can knock anyone into negative wp.

(look at the stats for melee weapons and other primitive weapons in SW d20 -- they are identical with similar weapons in 3e. blasters do more damage than the guns in d20 Modern, but hey, they're energy weapons.)

Did I imply they would they do more damage?

I am referring to threat ranges and crit multipliers. VP/WP system uses crits in a different way and you need to reevaluate your weapons given that.

The thing I was thinking of also is what to do about non-lethal damage and the Mass Damage rules, and the rules for knockouts. Would they also be changed as well?

The way that I handle x3 and x4 crit weapons in my DnD game (I play VP/WP) is, in addition to dealing Wp damage, weapons deal bonus damage on a crit equal to (Crit Multiplier - 2) x 3. So, axes deal +3 damage, scythes and picks deal +6. It seems to work well.

Oh yeah, and you'll have to adjust monster WP for size. Remember, Large is x2, Huge x4, Gargantuan x8, and Collassal x16. Similarly, Small /2, Tiny /4, Diminuitive /8, and Fine /16.

In my DnD game, I also play that natural armor = dr, and EVERYTHING has a class bonus to AC. This has made some major mods to the CR of larger creatures. For instance, a dragon would have an additional 30 or so points of DR, and an AC only a few ponts lower due to their numberous HD, and 8 or 16 times their incredible con (40). Just a few things.
