d20 Modern/Spycraft: the Prototype

I do indeed have access to these wonderful cars (and more -- I'm already drooling over my industry preview day tickets for the North American Auto Show in early January!) and Shard made a good call. I wouldn't have known that Ford owned Aston Martin, at least, before I got the job offer and looked into it.

Although, I have to admit: they got the wrong Vanquish. According to the description, Bond's car had black leather interior, while the one they were showing had a red leather one :( Of course, it's still a quarter of a million bucks of probably the most beautiful driving machine I've ever seen -- I've loved Aston Martin's as my ultimate dream car ever since the earlier James Bond flicks.

Ah, London!

I was in London this summer, and I had my PCs start their adventuring career in the same pub I ate supper in every night, and in general have managed to keep them in and around the (slightly modified) neighborhoods I know. Sometimes, its nice to be able to describe a place from memory, rather than having to create it for you, AND for the players.

OK, now I've seen the James Bond movie. It was the best one in a long time. And in general, I've like the Pierce Brosnan movies.

And DUDE!!! Those cars rock! I'm a little tired of the killer satelite plot device, though. Didn't they do that in Goldeneye too? And Moonraker?
