D20 - Most Aesthetically Pleasing Die

Which Common Die is the Most Aesthetically Pleasing?

Of all the dice used in D&D, I like the d20 the best. I think it's the most pleasing die to look at, hold, and roll.

A sphere composed of triangles. What's not to like?

I associate the dice with the games I play with them, so the d10 gets my vote. It lets you do the success chart in Buffy, the percentile in Cthulhu, and the dice pool in Exalted! :D

My favorite dice I own are wooden six siders and casino grade six siders because they are the best kind of die around.

I think d20s are too busy.

It's a toss-up between the d12 (which I think looks the coolest) and the d4 (due to the typical Walk of a Thousand D4s D&D initiation rite).

As appealing as the d20 is, the d6 is a classic beauty backed up by the weight of a whole lot of history.

I'm going to have to go with the d12 here; it has the elegance of the d20, but its silhouette is more sharply defined. And I like pentagons.

Although the d30 is also a very pretty die.
