d20 Publishers Who Have NOT Given Up Yet...

Our official Kingdoms of Kalamar line is still going strong, of course, so we've got no plans to go anywhere. Plus, there's HackMaster, Knights of the Dinner Table, the upcoming Aces & Eights: Shattered Frontiers, a board game or two, and much more. :)

Alternate Realities Publications is still going strong. We have five more products due by the end of the month:

Big Bang Volume 8: Soviet Anti-tank weapons
Big Bang Volume 9: Qadashar Device (covers all the new weapons being used in SEP's next adventure, The Qadashar Device)
Lost Destinations: He Who Haunts the Barrens (all about the Jersey Devil and sites inside NJ associated with him)
Another individual class for the Modern Kyuujinjouhoushi line
A free web enhancement for Lost Destinations: West Milford.

Strangely enough, what we're considering is back-burnering most of our support for non-D20. There really hasn't been much consumer interest in our support of Action! and Fudge.

Guess I might as well chime in.

Fiery Dragon is planning another great year.

We've got several Counter Collections, most of which will tie-in with XRP's Monster Geographica books. One, at least, will tie in with a big Monte Cook release.... (hmmmm....) - perhaps (that'll keep 'em guessing! - not!)

We're working with Ed Bourelle on another Adventure Tiles. This one will actually tie-in with Ed and Ronin Arts and feature SPACESHIPS.

Another BattleBox is in the works, for an alternative to D&D. And possible a BattleBox II, if sales warrant.

On the PDF front, we've got a bunch of adventures coming out.

And, in the non-D20 world, we've got 4-6 more Counter Strike mini-games.

Oh, and the Tunnels & Trolls 30th Anniversary Edition.

And no babies this year. At least, none planned at this point.

And we're still hard at work supporting this growing line.

On behalf of Silverthorne Games, we are still cranking out the product. Actually, 2004 has been our most productive year to-date and we look forward to producing even more goodies in 2005!

Coming for Christmas '04 (since Phil's here, too, I'll plug this one), will be a template project penned by Phil Reed (of Ronin Arts, not Green Ronin) fame: Template Troves II: Oozes & Aberrations. Should be loads of fun for those that dig weird and slimy critters in their campaigns.

Futher, we will be releasing more titles for our Dungeon Blocks series, more Evernor sourcebooks, and a revised 3.5 version of the Book of Templates. There are some other odds and ends in the works, too. Busy, busy! :)

Whoa hold on just a minute! What was that again?!

Are we talking a reprint of the original or a cleaned up new edition?

You should be shouting this one from the rooftops.

Just wanted to celebrate the fact that someone who isn't a Behemoth thinks we're not due to give up any time soon! This is from Berin Kinsman's review at UncleBear.com:

Behemoth3 has class. Throughout the book as little plugs for other independently-published game accessories, in the form of "this world fit in really cool with X published by Y" type comment, complete with links to Y's website. This not only shows that they're fanboy players just like the rest of us, but indicates that they've got knowledge of the market and know what they're up against. Having an awareness of your niche is vital, especially in the already-competitive D20 market and the increasingly competitive PDF publishing world. It's a good indication, along with the quality of product, that Behemoth3 has a shot at being around for a while. That would, in my opinion, be a good thing.

Hopefully I haven't given the lie to the notion that we have class by tooting the Behemoth3 horn twice in the same thread!

Hmmm? Sorry, not sure what you're talking about...

Announcement expected in the new year. Still lots of legal to do. Wait and See.
